What type of IP address do you provide?
We provide static IP addresses to all clients, while the ip is
static it is not dedicated to just your account. For a small monthly fee we can provide
you with a dedicated ip, if you need to install your own SSL certificate.
Do you host foreign domains?
Yes. We are pleased to have customers around the world. We can host all non-US domain name extensions.
Can I access my domain without the "www"?
Yes, you will be able to access your domain address with and without 'www'
Do you offer web page design services?
No, we do not do complete design services, but we have many resources of company's, and individuals who
do professional web site designs, just contact us with your requirements. You may also take a look at our webmaster guide, which has many
resources,webmaster guides and lists of useful software, java's, cgi
scripts, tips and tricks to help you master your web design skills.
Can I upgrade my account?
Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time and there will be no setup fee.
How long does it take to set-up a new account?
New accounts are normally set-up within 2 hours from the time we receive your order. (usually less)
Do you maintain backups of my data?
Yes we provide automated daily backups on all servers.. You
may also backup your files and databases through your control
panel.
Do you offer dialup Internet access?
No, you will need local Internet access in order to maintain your web site and retrieve e-mail
addressed to your site.
Do you offer SSI?
Yes, SSI is on all of our servers.
Do you offer domain pointers?
Yes, you have a number of free ones that can be setup in your
control panel.
How long does a domain transfer take?
Domain name transfers can take up to 3 days. If you can not access your domain after 3 days,

How long does a new domain take?
Often, you can access your domain via a browser after 12 to 72
hours. If you can not access your site within 48 hours, please make sure your site is pointing to
our name servers:

What version of Perl do you have installed?
Our current version is 5.6.1. or which ever is the most curent stable version. We keep all software
updated with the most current stable versions.
Is your FTP 24/7, or is it only usable during certain hours of
the day?
You FTP accounts will be available 24/7 365 days a year.
How many email aliases are allowed per domain?
You can have an unlimited number of aliases, and autoresponders at no additional cost.
Password protecting certain pages
You can assign unique user ID's and passwords to control access to various web pages.
The actual web pages are not password protected, but rather the directory in
which they reside.
Example: A software developer is making several programs available via the web, but only those visitors
which have paid for the service should be allowed access to the download page. To control access, the
page is placed in a directory which is password protected. Instead of distributing a single password,
unique user id's and passwords are assigned and removed as needed.
Do you offer the ability to set up sub-domains?
Yes all accounts come with some free sub-domains.
I would like to know will my site be hosted on UNIX or NT server?
All of our clients are hosted on Linux RedHat servers, with the Apache web server. (In other words,
your site will be extremely fast, more versatile than any other setup, and unbelievably dependable.)
Can I run cron tasks to update pages daily?
Yes, you can, they can be setup through cPanel or X-Controller.
I would like to know if you support VRML 1.0 and 2.0 mime types wrl and mus?
We support these. You can set your own mime types with your .htaccess file.
Do you support C, PHP4, MySQL, Python, TCL?
Yes, we do.
Do you support ASP?
No, ASP is usually only supported on NT Servers.
